Playmates Defend Hugh Hefner in the Bedroom

The uproar against Hugh Hefner's ex has begun. Crystal Harris' desperate attempts to stay famous at Hef's expense have led to his friends firing right back at her.

In case you hadn't heard Crystal appeared on Howard Stern's radio show where she cringed in disgust when talking about her sex life with Hef. She admitted that he didn't turn her on and that the one time that they did have sex it lasted "like two seconds".

"I've heard girls say they have a lot of fun in there," says Playmate Hiromi Oshima told PEOPLE on Tuesday night at the Playboy Mansion.

In fact, several Playmates jumped to Hefner's defense against Crystal Harris' comments.

"Hef is a lover," says Dani Mathers, who works at Playboy TV. "I think they definitely had sex more than that one time and it wasn't two minutes. Hef definitely has a sex life."

"I think the whole thing with Crystal is really sad, and Hef is such an amazing man. He provides so much for everyone that's around him and all of the Playmates," says Shanna McLaughlin, also a playmate. "I think some things should be kept private between two people, especially in a break-up scenario."

Is Lauren Conrad Moving On With Colton Haynes?

Rumors are swirling around the internet that the newly single Lauren Conrad may be moving on with a fellow MTV star.

Teen Wolf's Colton Haynes and Lauren were spotted sharing a table at the HTC Status phone launch on July 20 -- and they even took down each other's number at night's end.

A Conrad insider says "they are friends and have known each other forever," while a witness gets straight to the point: "She was into him, and vice versa. They went to a club afterward."

Haynes has even appeared on two episodes of her hit show The Hills when she interviewed him during her interning stint at Teen Vogue.

But Haynes better not get his hopes up about her being interested in dating him. Lauren reportedly still talks to her ex-boyfriend Kyle Howard every single day and according to an insider, "they might be getting back together."

Come on, Lauren, it's time to move on -- and he's way cute. Upgrade!

Jayde Found Out About Kristin's Break On Twitter

Jayde Nicole just found out that her friend and former Hills rival, Kristin Cavallari, is going through a break-up. How did she find out, you ask? Twitter, of course.

“I’m really surprised. The last time I talked to Kristin, she was happy and loved living in Chicago.”

Jayde goes on to say that Kristin was "really, really happy" with fiance Jay Cutler. “I hate that I had to read about it on Twitter.”

Kristin Cavallari, Jay Cutler Call Off Engagement?

After spending 10 months together, Kristin Cavallari and beau Jay Cutler have called off their upcoming nuptials.

A source tells PEOPLE Magazine, "She got dumped. She's absolutely devastated. She can't believe this is happening."

The couple, who became engaged this past April were planning a wedding for next spring. "She was planning her dream wedding, the date was set, the location – everything was set," the source says. "She's in shock that the dream wedding she was planning is going to end this way."

Last night at The Beverly Nightclub, Kristin "was hanging out at a table with Nicky Hilton and Alessandra Ambrosio. She was telling friends how they called off the engagement."

Cavallari's rep had no comment.

Hefner Talks About Not Marrying Crystal Harris

Given the situation, I'd say that Hugh Hefner is handling his split from Crystal Harris with grace -- and a little humor.

"Holly (Madison) suggested that I missed a bullet, and I think it's probably true," Hef told Entertainment Tonight  "Quite frankly, I don't know what I was thinking about. I think my natural state is single. I've tried marriage twice, not successfully. These were not the happiest times of my life."

Even so, Hefner, 85, was blindsided by Harris, 25, calling off their wedding.

"Birthday cards were filled with messages of forever," he said. "'You're the man of my dreams, I'll love you for the rest of my life.' There was no clue [she wanted to split] … I didn't see any of this coming."

"If you're having reservations about the person you've been with for two-and-a-half years, the logical thing is to sit down and talk about it," Hefner continues.

Her out of the blue decision even has Hef thinking that there may have been another man was in her life -- as the tabloids had been saying.

"I think in retrospect, there's something more to this than we all know that will come to light in time," he said. "If Dr. Phil's son is involved, that's certainly only part of the picture."

Lauren Conrad Debuts Multi-Colored New 'Do

Fresh off her break up from My Boys actor Kyle Howard, Lauren Conrad is making changes - starting at the top!

Friday on her website, The Beauty Department, Lauren posted a picture of a multi-color highlighted style and asked her fans if she should do it. Over 21,000 people voted for her to "Do It," and she did.

After about 3 years together, Conrad and her beau, My Boys actor Kyle Howard, have officially called it quits.

Kyle and Lauren had not made many public appearances during their time together and Lauren made it a point during her last season on The Hills to keep their relationship private - much to fans dismay.

Kendra Wilkinson Feels Bad For Hugh Hefner

Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt have all visited the Playboy Mansion to visit with their ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner after his sudden break-up with Crystal Harris (5 days prior to their wedding day). But Kendra Wilkinson is taking a different approach.

"I'm leaving him alone right now -- he needs someone at this moment to talk with, and I don't want to be another leech," she told Life & Style at the NBC Universal VIP party during the Cable Show 2011 at Privet Nightclub in Chicago.

"I had my dress picked out and everything," Kendra adds. "I thought it was a joke, too, until I figured it out. I really feel bad for him."

Just over a year after they began dating, Whitney Port and boyfriend Ben Nemtin have parted ways. “I don’t have a boyfriend," she said earlier today.

“It’s definitely different, but I’m enjoying my time focusing on work and keeping busy."

Blake Lively Opens Up About Ex Penn Badgley

With all the attention surrounding her personal life, Blake Lively wants a timeout from the spotlight.

"People ask me why I don't tweet," the 23-year-old actress tells the July issue of Glamour. "Honestly, I'm so sick of myself."

(The new Us Weekly, out Wednesday, details Lively's sexy new romance and European adventures with Leonardo DiCaprio. Late Tuesday, the star also became the unwitting center of a supposed nude photo scandal; in a statement her rep told Us alleged photos storming the web are "100 percent fake.")

Whether people are talking about her ex-boyfriend (Penn Badgley) or her new man (DiCaprio), the Green Lantern star says she's never let public opinion affect her relationships.

"I have a strong sense of myself. That gives me a sense of security, you know? If I define myself by things that are always changing, like the public's opinion, or what I'm wearing, or what job I'm doing, there's no stability in that."

Besides, Lively points out, things are fine between her and Badgley, 24. "Every relationship you have, you're learning and growing and taking something from that," she says of her Gossip Girl costar. "So for me, it's never been too dramatic of a thing when something ends."

Boys aside, Lively admits there is another great love in her life: fashion. "Gossip Girl completely blew open the door to fashion for me. I'd go to fashion shows and call my publicist and say, 'Can I wear that?' I think I became my own stylist by not knowing any better. And once I was told it was time to get one, I thought, 'This is one of my favorite hobbies! And I'm going to pay someone to steal my hobby from me? That's a terrible idea!'"

After all, the California girl -- who noshes on chicken potpie from Tea & Sympathy before red carpet events -- says she prefers to let the clothes do the talking.

"I don't feel like I have to do so much with hair and makeup, because I'm the mannequin for these beautiful clothes, so I never want to do anything too distracting," she explains. "Most of the time, I put my hair in a ballerina bun, and I take it down and it's wavy, and then I leave. I feel shy when people are fussing on me."
