Designer Spotlight: Cindy Vargas of Candamill

Tonight is the night we've been waiting for! Jessie James West Village is eager for 7 pm to arrive and let the Fashion's Night Out celebration begin! Cindy Vargas, Candamill designer, will be here with her latest pieces for the evening.

She's a FIT fashion design and technical design major. Cindy has interned at Tracey Reese, teen vogue, and most recently Zac Posen. Her line is inspired by architecture, and for her newest designs she has used interesting fabric combinations to create texture.

Hello September

September is hands down our favorite month at Jessie James. With fall right around the corner, each new shipment is a surprise of fur, feathers, leather, and velvet. Our newly renovated West Village store just re-opened earlier this afternoon, and the fall clothes look fantastic against our black chalk paint walls!

But anyone in the fashion industry knows that September is the most exciting month because of Fashion Week and Fashion's Night Out. Jessie James West Village will be participating in Fashion's Night Out for the second year in a row. We've got a live musician playing on our stage, several local New York designers showcasing their newest pieces, and of course treats and drinks!

September also marks our fourth birthday! Jessie James Hoboken will be having a birthday party to celebrate and you're invited! Check back for more details as we enjoy our favorite time of year.
