Do anyone knows what kind of additional information is requested for Travel Document. Here is the message I see online:

I talked to a CPA and he said as long as I submitted the tax returns it should be fine.
My address on salary slip was of california but they never deducted any taxes for CA.

So we can apply for an EAD and AP renewal when the time comes on our own?
Also is AC-21 filing involved in this case?
And would my current employer need to do anything or need to not do anything?

I have received a email from CRIS asking for more evidence on my wife pending 485 application. I guess that is related to the medical. Will I receive the RFE by mail or my lawyer does or both. My GC process is through a lawyer.

It looks like Mr.Obama is Changing the wrong thing, Immigration policy badly needs an update, he needs to fix that first, cool aid wont help.If the roof is broken you need to fix roof, that should be the priority, instead painting neighbours door and putting christmas lights in summer will not fix the problem. Harvard should take his degree back.

And dont forget that teacher's H1 also comes under the cap. You would need to get interviewed for a position and get an offer before April 1st, so that application can be received at USCIS on April 1st.

The only way to avail of Masters H1 cap is to have US Masters degree.
Some schools also do J1 for teachers. Try VIF program at www.vifprogram.com
Once you get into the school system you can also go for a masters degree and if the school principle wants to keep you, HR can file for your H1. All that is possible if you immediately file for a Home Country Requirement waiver.
It sounds complicated, but for teachers this may be the only open route.
H1 visas are in such high demand anyway.

I am 2nd July filer. My EAD got approved on 08/30/2007 but no updates on FP or AP. I guess there are many others with the same situation. USCIS is sending FP randomly.

Generating receipt may take 7-8 days but if they open it
Monday June 25th they may reject it saying its not current .... ??
That rejection will probably come back after 7 days too :-)
Interesting question. Since they are taking 8-10 days or more to generate receipts perhaps we can send papers in now and hope they generate a receipt in the first week of July.

I just got my H1 visa and thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate that. I now actually got some questions about the port of entry. As my understanding that they will stamp my passport at the port of entry, I wonder if they will keep my current I-797 at the port of entry (I already have the H1 stamp in my passport). Pls advise. Also, I don�t have the bottom portion of the I-94 on I-797 since I am currently in Malaysia . Would this be a problem? Please also advise if they will issue me the new I-94 at the port of entry. Anybody pls help. Thank you very much.
keep the 797 with you. you may be asked for it at the port of entry - but it will be returned to you. that is your work authorization approval notice
you will get a new i94 - make sure the date on the i94 matches the date-valid-until for the h1b visa.

Anyone willing to join the lawsuit should be willing to join by giving full information about themselves and about their application. Yesterday core members asked this question on a thread and only one person out of thousands of people who visited the site said they are interested. Let us see who all are truely willing to join this lawsuit? It is very easy to annonymously post such messages, but when people cannot even give their corect email id , name and phone number in their profile I highly doubt a lawsuit will be possible.

I don't know how much they are going ask to answer to my summons along with filing a new case .Tomorrow I'm going to send documents and then I'm going to have appointment with them.
For the time being I'm going ahead with them - If you guys know please advise me.
